The admissions process for the Doctoral School of Humanities, Theology and Arts at Nicolaus Copernicus University (UMK) for the 2026/2027 academic year has begun.
Candidates holding a master’s degree, a master’s degree in engineering, or an equivalent qualification may apply for admission. The recruitment process is conducted through the IRK system and consists of two stages: an evaluation of submitted documentation and an admission interview.
Key dates:
- 1–12 July 2026 (until 2:00 p.m.) – registration in the IRK system and submission of documents in electronic form,
- 18 July 2026 – announcement of the results of the first stage and the schedule of admission interviews,
- 21–22 July 2026 – admission interviews,
- 27 July 2026 (until 2:00 p.m.) – announcement of the admission results.
