Mid-term Evaluation
In accordance with Articles 202(2)–(5) and 203(1)(1) of the Act of 20 July 2018 on Higher Education and Science, the progress of the Individual Research Plan (IPB) is subject to a mid-term evaluation conducted at the halfway point of the study programme.
The evaluation is conducted in accordance with § 7 of the “Regulations of the Doctoral School of Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń” and concerns the implementation of the Individual Research Plan.
The evaluation is based on:
- materials submitted by the doctoral student documenting the implementation of the IRP,
- an interview with the Evaluation Committee.
The Committee is appointed by the Director of the Doctoral School in consultation with the relevant Doctoral School Council. The evaluation includes an assessment of progress in implementing the research or artistic project, as well as compliance with the specified formal and substantive criteria.
